It all began with Rocky Road, the signature product. Developed by hand, in the tiny Doukas family kitchen by experimenting with a bowl, marshmallows and a whole lot of chocolate.

The family started selling their products in the Doukas family lolly shop. Word spread….fast, the demand for their premium products grew and so did their business – Melbourne Chocolate. The popularity of their products inspired the development of more. Every new chocolate creation was a progression from the one before.
