Refund & Returns Policy – Melbourne Chocolate
At Melbourne Chocolate, we take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to enjoy every bite of your purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive as expected or you are not fully satisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note, Melbourne Chocolate is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return transit to us. However, we are committed to assisting you and resolving any issues to the best of our ability.
Due to strict food safety and handling regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges unless the product is deemed faulty. If your product is found to be faulty, Melbourne Chocolate will cover any applicable delivery charges for the return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
