Terms and Conditions: Shipping, Delivery & General Enquiries
1. Shipping Policy
Melbourne Chocolate currently ships Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery location:
- Orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- During warmer months or peak periods (e.g. Easter, Christmas), slight delays may occur to maintain the integrity and quality of the product.
3. Packaging
All products are packed with care to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. During warmer seasons, additional packaging methods such as insulation and cooling packs may be used to protect temperature-sensitive items.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is found to be faulty or incorrect. In such cases:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Melted Products
We take extensive care in packaging, especially in warmer weather, to prevent melting or damage. However, if your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
6. Gifting Options
Customers have the option to send orders as gifts. Gift messages can be added during checkout. All gift orders will be sent without any pricing or invoice details inside the package.

8. Allergen and Dietary Information
Product-specific dietary and allergen information (e.g. gluten-free, vegan, nut-free) is available on individual product pages. Please note that all our products are produced in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. Cross-contamination, while minimized, may still occur.
